We designed this community to offer the charm and security often associated with village living while catering to the contemporary lifestyle expectations of its residents. By prioritizing shared spaces and a strong sense of community, Village 24 creates an environment that feels safe and welcoming, without the need for intrusive security measures.

Задача
Our challenge was to balance privacy and community in a residential development. We aimed to encourage cooperation and interaction while also providing a sense of individuality. Incorporating sustainability and the natural beauty of the land, including the riverbank, was also a key consideration.

Village 24 is designed as interconnected 'little neighborhoods,' each with unique shared spaces like central ponds for community activities and rainwater harvesting. Neighborhood specializations, such as outdoor kitchens or art studios, add character. Connecting pathways meander along the riverbank, fostering a sense of exploration and community while preserving the natural environment.

Village 24 has successfully modernised traditional village life, offering security and a strong community feel. Residents enjoy specialized shared spaces and a natural, sustainable environment. This project proves that charm and modern amenities can coexist, creating a thriving, connected community.
